It brings the nutrients and protective substances constitutionally deficient in the shallows or ultrasecche skin, keeping the skin nourished and hydrated. A high quality and high concentration of shea butter expressed in the skin softening function, nourishing, protective, adjuvants and skin elasticity. This body cream combines the characteristics of WiQo SMOOTHING FLUID and the NOURISHING AND MOISTURIZING CREAM. This product’s low pH stimulates an increase in the thickness of the skin, thus combating age-related thinning. The glycolic acid regulates the thickness of the stratum corneum, thus making the skin smoother and encouraging hydration. Other ingredients prevent excessive evaporation from the tissue, limiting “perspiratio insensibilis”. It remains on the skin and offers long-lasting protection, unlike other creams which are completely absorbed. Even after several hours, this delicate film can still be felt when the skin is touched lightly. Its active ingredients thus make it a complete treatment for many flaws such as sagging skin, stretch marks and persistent dryness.

This cream is particularly recommended for use during the summer, to avoid the dryness that tends to form on skin thickened or burned by the sun, particularly on arms and legs. Its smoothing action will result in more intense and long-lasting suntan.
WARNINGS
A light burning sensation that lasts a few moments after application is normal for the first few applications. Do not apply to damaged, red or inflamed skin, in the folds of the body or to the face. Discontinue use if reddening persists or worsens. Avoid contact with eyes and mucosae. In case of contact, rinse with water. It is advisable to apply sunscreen with SPF matching the skin phototype before exposure to the sun. Caution! Smoother skin will tan faster, as the sun’s rays can pass more easily through the skin barrier. It is therefore essential that suitable sunscreen be used to avoid sunburn. DO NOT USE ON CHILDREN’S SKIN. Like all slightly acidic products, WiQo ANTI-DRYNESS BODY CREAM FOR SKIN ELASTICITY can damage delicate objects (pearls, contact lenses etc.).
WiQo SMOOTHING FACE FLUID
Extensively tested dermocosmetic product, containing low pH glycolic acid (8%),with a balanced formula for the skin. Despite the pH value (approximately 3), the product is well tolerated by all skin types and does not cause a burning sensation. It has long been known that products containing low pH hydroxy acids help in skin renewal. (Smith WP, Cosmetics&Toiletries, 1994). It is also recognised that proteins useful for skin renewal, beginning with a protein precursor, are taken from specific enzymes present within the Golgi apparatus. These enzymes are more active with an acidic pH. (Tanaka S. et al., J Histochem Cytochem 1997). Following application of WiQo SMOOTHING FACE FLUID, the skin’s biochemical mechanisms need to restore the lowered pH to its original value, and therefore it is necessary to wait at least 30 minutes before applying another cream, so as not to nullify the effect of the acidic product. In order to restore the skin’s pH to its natural level, the enzymatic system forces the skin into a sort of daily exercise routine and this results in it persisting in its renewal process.

For the first few applications a slight tingle and redness are normal.

This product’s active ingredients counteract the breaking down of the hyaluronic acid in the skin, thus prolonging the duration of fillers and bio-revitalising products, and reducing the damage from chronoaging and photoaging.
